Order PMK Powder In USA/Europe
PMK powder, also known as PMK glycidate, PMK methyl glycidate, or PMK ethyl glycidate, refers to chemical precursors primarily used in the illicit synthesis of methylenedioxyphenethylamine (MDxx) class compounds,
visual hallucinations and radically altered states of consciousness (psychedelic experience) open and closed eye visualizations, euphoria, dream-like state, slowed passage of time, laughter, a mixing of senses (synesthesia, such as “seeing a sound” or “hearing colors”), pupil dilation. most notably MDMA (3,4-methylenedioxy-N-methylamphetamine), commonly known as “Ecstasy.”
What is PMK Glycidate?
These substances are closely related to 3,4-Methylenedioxyphenylpropan-2-one (MDP2P), which is itself a precursor to MDxx compounds and is derived from safrole or isosafrole. PMK glycidate and its related compounds (PMK methyl glycidate, PMK ethyl glycidate, and PMK glycidic acid) are significant because they are designed to circumvent existing precursor controls for MDMA synthesis.
These chemicals are considered “list I chemicals” by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and are subject to stringent regulatory requirements due to their critical role in manufacturing controlled substances.
The United Nations also recognizes their importance in illicit drug production, having placed PMK glycidate and PMK glycidic acid in Table I of the 1988 Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances.
Uses Of 3,4-Methylenedioxyphenylpropan-2-one
Beyond its role in illicit drug synthesis, PMK ethyl glycidate has limited legitimate uses. It can be employed in laboratory research for the development of new compounds and materials due to its unique chemical structure. It is also of interest in forensic science for tracing and analyzing illicit drug production and distribution. While some sources mention its potential use as a pharmaceutical intermediate, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has not identified any known legitimate uses for PMK glycidate or PMK glycidic acid other than possible research purposes, and as intermediaries for the manufacturing of MDMA and other “ecstasy”-type substances.
Due to its critical role in the illicit production of controlled substances, PMK ethyl glycidate (and other glycidic derivatives of PMK) has been placed under international control. The United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) voted to include PMK glycidate (and all stereoisomers) in Table I of the 1988 Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances in March 2019.
This designation requires governments, including the United States, to establish pre-export notifications and monitor its manufacture and distribution to prevent diversion.
